Purpose: Provide administrative support for MGH Island Transport operations, ensuring accurate documentation, timely reporting, and smooth coordination between departments and vessel teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily operational reports.
Manage documentation (annual fees, seaworthiness certificates, insurance).
Process renewals for vessel certifications and licenses.
Coordinate HR tasks (attendance sheets, salary details, staff records).
Prepare docking documents and schedules.
Liaise with Supervisors, Captains, and Vessel Owners.
Organize administrative records and assist with staff travel and deployment.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
