Responsibilities :
An MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer with WaterCAD proficiency designs, analyzes, and optimizes water distribution networks alongside core building services. The role involves hydraulic modeling, pipe sizing, system pressure analysis, and cross-disciplinary coordination for infrastructure or large-scale building projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesHydraulic Modeling: Build, manage, and run steady-state and extended-period simulations using WaterCAD to analyze flow, pressure, and headloss in water supply networks.
Plumbing & Utility Design: Design comprehensive water supply, distribution, and storage systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and design standards.
MEP Coordination: Integrate hydraulic layouts seamlessly with mechanical, electrical, and structural plans using CAD or Revit to avoid site clashes.
Analysis & Optimization: Optimize pipe diameters, pump capacities, and tank sizes for cost-efficiency and reliable operational performance.
Review & Reporting: Prepare technical reports, hydraulic calculation sheets, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents.
Site Support: Assist with testing, inspection, and commissioning of plumbing and water infrastructure assets on site.
Qualification :
# Engineering Degree with minimum of 7+ Experience in Construction and Design experience
# Hands on experience in Water Cad / EPanet
# Hands on experience in Water line projects and construction
