Professional Barber

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about men’s grooming, confident in modern and classic barbering techniques, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional men’s haircuts, including fades and modern and classic styles

• Perform beard trimming, shaping and shaving services

• Provide hair washing, styling and other men’s grooming services

• Consult with customers and recommend suitable hairstyles and grooming solutions

• Recommend suitable Murdock London grooming products based on customers’ needs

• Maintain excellent customer service and build relationships with regular clients

• Maintain a clean, hygienic and organized workstation

• Clean and sanitize barbering tools and equipment

• Maintain consistent service quality and professional standards

• Work efficiently during busy periods

• Support the overall operations of the barbershop when required

Requirements

• Previous professional barbering experience

• Strong skills in men’s haircuts, fades, beard trimming and shaving

• Good knowledge of modern and classic men’s hairstyles

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Interest in men’s grooming products and willingness to develop product knowledge

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Reliable, punctual and responsible

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
