Accountant (Maldivian)

Job Description:
Capricer Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors
• Perform any other accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
  OR
• Completed CAT or AAT (UK)
  OR
• Part qualification in ACCA or CIMA (UK)

Experience:

• Minimum one (1) year of work experience in an Accounts/Finance department

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
