• Handling guest requests and complaints professionally
• Reservation coordination and upselling

Housekeeping

• Housekeeping Manager

• Public Area Cleaner

Responsibilities
• Maintain room and public area cleanliness
• Ensure brand standards and hygiene compliance
• Linen, inventory, and room inspection management
