Job Overview: We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer (GRO)  to be the face of our hotel, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay for our guests. This role is focused solely on guest services, handling arrivals, departures, and guest inquiries while enhancing their overall experience. Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience Management: Provide a warm welcome and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay. Check-in & Check-out: Smoothly manage guest arrivals and departures, handling reservations, room assignments, and payments efficiently. Responsibilities Review arrival lists to welcome guests Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages) Address customer complaints and escalate to Front Office Manager when needed Ensure compliance with health and quality standards Requirements and skills Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer Proficiency in English & Italian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Computer literacy A customer-oriented and professional attitude An outgoing personality Outstanding communication abilities Excellent organizational and time-management skills Diploma or Relevant Educational Background in Hospitality Management is preferred

Ability to coordinate all front desk activities, including calls and guest services. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in one or more foreign Languages (English Must, Chinese, Russian, Italian, German, etc) will be an advantage. Indonesian - Female candidates are encouraged to apply. Process bills and help clients or customers if they have any questions about their charges. Respond to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner. Welcome and greet visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.
