Roles & Responsibilities
Front Desk Management:
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., brochures, forms).
Administrative Support:
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry....
