We are seeking a reliable and guest-focused Crew Member to support the safe, clean and efficient operation of the resort’s guest transport vessels. The successful candidate will work closely with the Captain and Guest Transport team to prepare vessels, assist passengers and maintain onboard equipment while delivering courteous service throughout transfers and excursions. Key Responsibilities Carry out daily duties as instructed by the Captain and Guest Transport Management. Maintain vessels in a clean, safe and presentable condition according to resort standards. Prepare vessels for scheduled transfers, excursions and other trips. Ensure excursion vessels are ready at the jetty at least 15 minutes before departure. The successful candidate will work closely with the Guest Transport Manager and Guest Transport Supervisor to ensure vessels, onboard equipment, safety requirements and operational records are properly maintained. Key Responsibilities Assist with the safe operation and maneuvering of speedboats and dhonis as instructed by the Guest Transport Manager. Operate and monitor mechanical and electrical equipment onboard. Ensure vessels are clean, properly prepared and ready at the jetty at least 15 minutes before scheduled transfers or excursions.
