WE ARE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – RESORT SEGMENT
Lily International Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join our Resort Segment team. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales capabilities, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of developing business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar commercial role.
- Experience in the hospitality, resort, or food supply industry is preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, banking, insurance, or FMCG will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop new business, manage key accounts, and achieve sales targets.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the resort and hospitality sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Purchase Managers, Chefs, F&B Heads, and other key decisionmakers.
- Present and promote the company’s product portfolio, identify customer needs, negotiate commercial terms, and secure long-term B2B supply agreements.
- Manage client accounts, follow up on sales leads, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
- Work closely with the supply chain and internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and timely product delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for business expansion.
