Digital Marketing & Content Creator

Esperanza Maldives is looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing & Content Creator to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and promote our travel and accommodation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, RedNote and other social media accounts
• Create attractive photos, videos, reels, posts and promotional materials
• Write engaging captions and marketing content
• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar
• Respond to customer messages, comments and enquiries
• Promote tour packages, accommodation and other travel services
• Assist with paid social media advertising campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Coordinate with the management team on promotions and marketing activities
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand image

Requirements:

• Experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing
• Good written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Canva and basic photo/video editing applications
• Ability to create short-form videos and social media reels
• Creative, responsible and able to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of the Maldives tourism industry will be an advantage
• Photography or videography skills will be an advantage

Employment Type: Full-time
Work Location: Malé, Maldives
Salary: MVR 8,000–12,000 per month, depending on experience
