We are looking for a hands-on, reliable, and motivated Marketing Operations Executive to support the daily operations of our speedboat transfer services, while also assisting with sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to support captains and crew in delivering smooth, safe, and efficient services..

Key Responsibilities Operational Support

• Assist with daily speedboat scheduling and trip preparation.
• Support captains and crew with operational requirements.
• Coordinate transfer operations efficiently and professionally.

Sales & Marketing Support

• Assist in promoting company services and packages.
• Support customer communication and booking coordination.
• Help with marketing activities, social media updates, and sales follow-ups.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all safety equipment is onboard and functioning properly.
• Follow all marine safety procedures and operational protocols.

Requirements

• Knowledge of boat maintenance and marine operations.
• Background in sales and marketing is an advantage.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in marine environments.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
