Position Overview
The Admin and Marketing Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support and assist in marketing initiatives within the company.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth office operations, maintain company records, coordinate meetings, and help drive marketing campaigns that promote our services in the MEP engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Maintain and organize company records, ensuring that all important documents are filed and easily accessible.
Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for team members when needed.
