We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Marine Operations Assistant to support our daily speedboat transfer operations. This role is ideal for someone with basic marine knowledge who enjoys working outdoors and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily speedboat operations and scheduling
Support captains and crew during operations
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections
Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning
Ensure safety equipment is onboard and functional
Maintain docks, equipment, and spare parts
Requirements
Basic knowledge of speedboat maintenance or marine operations
Physically fit and comfortable working in a marine environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
