Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations and Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our speedboat fleet. The successful candidate will ensure that all vessels are operated safely, maintained to the highest standards, and available for scheduled services. This role involves supervising maintenance personnel, coordinating repairs, managing operational schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies and maritime safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations of the speedboat fleet to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient service.
Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all vessels and engines.
Coordinate with marine mechanics to ensure repairs are completed on time and to the required standards.
