*Responsibilities:*
- Manage and coordinate reservations efficiently.

- Attend to all arriving and deapture guests.
- Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support promotional activities and events.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email and social media.
- Assist in creating promotional materials and content for marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve services.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events and activities for guests.

*Qualifications:*
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
