The Water Sports Assistant will support the setup and daily operations of water sports activities. This role ensures all safety protocols are strictly followed while delivering an enjoyable and positive experience for customers. The position requires hands-on involvement, including interacting with guests, providing instructions and assistance, and maintaining all equipment in safe and functional condition.

Basic Responsibilities of the Job Role: Educate and guide individuals in the art of scuba diving. Teach divers essential skills, knowledge, and safety procedures to ensure they can explore the underwater world safely and responsibly. Maintain accurate dive statistics and records. Perform duties and assist subordinates in carrying out their tasks. Foster harmony and teamwork among colleagues. Develop and implement a comprehensive diving training program. Prepare and develop dive schedules for guests, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines. Prepare and submit requisitions for supplies as needed. Ensure that both colleagues and clients work in a safe and healthy environment. Ensure that colleagues maintain a neat and clean work environment in the Dive Centre. Assist in updating or revising existing policies and procedures to accommodate the evolving needs of service operations.
