We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities including job postings and interview coordination
Communicate with candidates and support the interview process
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
Prepare basic HR reports such as attendance and staff records
Ensure confidentiality and proper record-keeping at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in HR/Admin role preferred
Experience in XPAT system will be an added advantage
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Able to work independently and multi-task
