Position Overview:
The Admin and HR Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of HR and administrative operations at MGH Thimarafushi.
This role supports staff by maintaining records, coordinating with the Corporate HR team for compliance and addressing employee concerns while enforcing company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain up-to-date staff records including personal files, contracts, attendance, leave records and disciplinary records for all TMF team members.
Track and update daily attendance logs and report absences and irregularities to Corporate HR.
Coordinate with the Corporate HR team to ensure timely submission and renewal of Work Permit medicals, insurance and other associated fees.
Attend to general employee concerns, including salary issues, contract clarifications and work-related grievances.
