Key Responsibilities
- Treatments: Perform various therapies, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, aromatherapy massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps.
- Guest Experience: Conduct consultations to tailor treatments to guest needs, maintaining a professional and relaxing environment.
- Hygiene & Safety: Clean and sanitize treatment rooms between clients, manage laundry, and adhere to strict sanitation protocols (e.g., RCH standards).
- Sales & Admin: Promote spa retail products, achieve sales targets, and maintain accurate guest records, including medical history and treatment notes.
- Operations: Assist with inventory checks, laundry, and opening/closing procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certifications: Internationally recognized qualifications in spa therapy, beauty therapy, or massage therapy (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC).
- Experience: Previous experience in a luxury or 5-star spa environment is often preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Physical: Stamina to perform multiple treatments daily and a professional, caring attitude.
- Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
