Job Description
The Sales Assistant at Dive Club Nasandhura is responsible for delivering friendly, professional customer service while selling dive merchandise, equipment, and marine excursions. The role involves assisting guests with product selection, explaining dive and excursion options, and handling bookings for scuba diving, snorkeling, and related activities.
Key duties include managing reservations and payments, coordinating bookings with the dive operations team, maintaining an organized and attractive shop, and supporting basic stock control. The Sales Assistant represents the Dive Club brand and ensures guests receive accurate information and a smooth booking experience.
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in diving or marine activities are essential. Prior retail or tourism experience is an advantage, with training provided.
Requirements
Certification in sales or related fields
Experience in inside sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Solid understanding on diving and water-based excursions
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet sales goals
ability to work independently and as a team member
