We are seeking a motivated and organized Reservation Manager to oversee our booking process and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of reservations and bookings for diving and related services.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to handle inquiries and provide information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve reservation processes.
  • Monitor and report on booking trends and customer feedback.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a reservation or customer service role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
