Viluxur Holidays is a destination-led luxury travel house operating across Russia/CIS, the GCC, China, the Maldives, and Sri Lanka. As our inbound operations expand, we are strengthening our airport concierge and guest services team in the Maldives to ensure a seamless, high-touch arrival and departure experience for our guests.

This role is front-facing and service-driven, representing Viluxur at the very first and last point of the guest journey.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering a smooth, personalised airport experience for Viluxur guests, coordinating arrivals, departures, transfers, and VIP handling at Velana International Airport.

You will work closely with:

• Resorts
• Speedboat and seaplane operators
• Airlines and ground handlers
• Viluxur operations and reservations teams

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist FIT, VIP, charter, and group guests on arrival and departure
• Coordinate fast-track, immigration, lounge access, and seamless transfers (speedboat/seaplane)
• Handle VIP, charter, and group arrivals
• Serve as primary liaison between airport, resorts, and operations teams for real-time updates
• Source, arrange, and deliver personalized guest requests, ensuring exceptional service
• Resolve guest inquiries and issues efficiently, maintaining high standards during peak or irregular operations at the airport
• Anticipate guest needs to create a seamless and memorable experience

What This Role Is Not

• Not a sales role
• Not a call-centre position
• Not purely administrative

This role is about presence, service quality, and problem-solving on the ground.

Ideal Profile

• Prior experience in airport services, hospitality, airline ground handling, or concierge roles
• Proficiency in English and an additional language Russian or Arabic are required
• Well-presented, service-oriented, and guest-focused
• Calm under pressure and able to handle high-volume arrivals
• Familiar with Malé International Airport operations (advantage)
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Training & Support

• Full onboarding on Viluxur service standards
• Training on transfer coordination and VIP handling
• Ongoing support from Maldives operations team
