Duties & responsibilities:
Meeting and escorting tourists from the arrival area of the international airport to the seaplane check‑in counter / check‑in counter in the domestic terminal / to the departure/arrival area for the boat.
Answering guests’ questions in English, depending on the situation.
Providing assistance with luggage, if necessary.
Providing brief information about the Maldives and the waiting time for the transfer.
If necessary, assisting with the purchase of a SIM card or other goods at the airport.
Assistance with orientation in the international or domestic terminal.
Informing guests and the sales and booking department about the transfer delay and the support provided.
24/7 availability via mobile phone/WhatsApp.
Messages about arrival and departure to the sales and booking department.
