We offer premium contract-based speedboat rentals and fast spot cash transfer services across the Maldives. We are seeking an energetic, creative, and driven Sales & Marketing Specialist with strong local knowledge and an eye for opportunities.

Role: Sales & Marketing SpecialistWhat We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of Maldivian islands, resorts, and marine travel routes
• Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
• Creativity in designing and executing marketing strategies
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Experience in sales or marketing (tourism, hospitality, or marine industry preferred)
• Proactive, energetic, and target-driven personality
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork capabilities
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and brand promotion (an advantage)

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Arriva’s luxury speedboat transfer and rental services
• Develop and secure contracts with resorts, travel agencies, and corporate clients
• Manage and respond to spot cash transfer inquiries
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer segments
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Create and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility
• Manage social media content, promotions, and digital presence
• Assist in developing marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and online posts
• Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Support brand-building initiatives and represent Arriva at events when required
