Duties & Responsibilities
Receive and review request orders from resorts.
Sort and assign orders to the appropriate suppliers based on product availability, pricing, and delivery schedule.
Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and payment requirements.
Prepare and send purchase orders to suppliers accurately and on time.
Monitor order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Verify invoices, delivery notes, and supporting documents before processing.
Prepare and update Boat Notes and ensure all documents are complete before supply day.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure all items are picked, packed, and loaded correctly.
Monitor stock shortages and immediately inform management of unavailable or delayed items.
Maintain organized records of purchase orders, invoices, quotations, delivery notes, and supplier communications.
