We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Operations Assistant to support the daily functions of our speedboat transfer operations . The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of speedboat maintenance , strong organizational skills, and the ability to assist captains and crew in delivering smooth, safe, and efficient services.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support
Assist in daily speedboat scheduling and preparation.
Support captains and crew with operational needs.
Maintenance Assistance
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections.
Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning.
Report mechanical issues promptly and maintain logs.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure safety gear is onboard and functional.
Follow all marine safety protocols.
Dock & Equipment
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of docks.
