About the Role
Safari Island Resort is seeking a skilled and experienced Boat Captain to operate resort vessels safely and efficiently while ensuring the comfort and safety of guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Operate resort vessels safely for transfers, excursions, and other official trips.
Inspect engines, machinery, fuel, navigation systems, and safety equipment before every journey.
Monitor weather and sea conditions and follow all maritime safety requirements.
Assign daily duties to boat crew members and report emergencies or technical issues to the Transport Head.
Welcome guests and provide safety briefings and relevant information about the vessel and journey.
