About the Role
Safari Island Resort Maldives is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to manage guest bookings and ensure a smooth reservation process. The successful candidate will handle inquiries, process reservations accurately, coordinate with internal departments, and assist with transfer arrangements to deliver excellent guest service while maximizing room revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Handle room reservations via email, phone, and online booking channels.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries about room availability, rates, and resort services.
Enter and update reservation details accurately in the reservation system.
