SCOPE OF WORK
Manage the premium wine and spirits portfolio for our alcoholic beverage trading operations.
Provide expert recommendations to clients and partners regarding wine selection, pairing, and storage.
Conduct staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service standards across the team.
Monitor inventory and ensure the proper handling and preservation of high-value stock.
Assist in achieving sales targets through expert product presentation and customer engagement.
REQUIREMENTS
Professional certification (e.g., WSET Level 3 or equivalent) is highly preferred.
Proven experience as a Sommelier or Wine Consultant in a luxury hospitality or distribution environment.
Deep knowledge of international wine regions, varietals, and spirits.
