# Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the Construction and MEP division # Develop and implement long-term business strategies to expand market share and profitability. Lead divisional budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
# Operational & Project Management
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects to ensure compliance with quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements. Implement effective project management systems, monitoring tools, and reporting processes across all sites. Approve project execution plans, risk assessments, and resource deployment strategies. Resolve complex technical and operational challenges across projects.
# Business Development & Client Relations
