Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD/ArchiCAD
Convert sketches and concepts into technical plans
Revise drawings based on feedback
Ensure compliance with building standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as an MEP , HVAC drafter
Proficiency in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD
Strong attention to detail
Portfolio of previous work
Preferred:
Experience with local building regulations
Knowledge of 3D modeling tools
