Re-Plan designs, builds and manages projects by providing a one-stop solution for resort owners, with specialization in M&E; services, civil and architectural construction, and interior works for offices, hotels and especially resorts. Job Responsibilities Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, measurements, and cost estimates for MEP works, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Protection systems. Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents to identify project requirements and scope of work. Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material quantities, and cost breakdowns.
