Re-Plan designs, builds and manages projects by providing a one-stop solution for resort owners, with specialization in M&E; services, civil and architectural construction, and interior works for offices, hotels and especially resorts. Job Responsibilities Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, measurements, and cost estimates for MEP works, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Protection systems. Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents to identify project requirements and scope of work. Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material quantities, and cost breakdowns. Prepare tender pricing, quotations, and cost comparisons for MEP works. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and negotiate prices where required. Key Responsibilities Repair and maintain boat   fiber and wooden structures . Perform carpentry, joinery, installation, and finishing work. Inspect boats and complete required repairs and maintenance. Report damages, incidents, and defects to the Supervisor/Operations Manager. Work with engineers, captains, and crew to complete assigned tasks. Follow all   safety and marine regulations . Requirements Experience in   carpentry and fiber/boat repair   preferred. Skilled with hand and power tools. Good problem-solving and attention to detail. Physically fit and able to work in marine/outdoor conditions. High school education; vocational training is an advantage. Flexible to work   weekends and holidays   when required.
