Lead and manage construction teams, supervisors, and contractors.
Control project budgets, schedules, and variations.
Oversee technical coordination, drawings, and construction methodologies.
Manage procurement, contracts, and contractor performance.
Coordinate with other departments to minimize operational impact.
Monitor risks, quality, and project progress reporting.
Manage handover, as-built documentation, and asset integration.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar position with a 5-star luxury resort/hotel.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills & confident to anticipate and manage processes.
