We are growing our Maldives-based Business Development function and are looking for a manager who can build partnerships, negotiate strong terms, and open new revenue channels for the business.
The Role
This role sits within our Business Development department in the Maldives, working as a peer alongside our existing partnership team. You will own resort and supplier relationships, negotiate rates, allotments and commercial terms, and develop the new revenue streams that widen what we can offer the trade, from MICE and group business to pre-arrival experiences and incidentals.
