We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cost Controller to manage the resort’s cost control activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in accordance with CCR standards, policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare the monthly Food & Beverage Cost Control Report , detailing actual costs against budget.
Prepare inventory results and investigate and explain any discrepancies.
Reconcile food, beverage, diesel and Gift Shop costs.
Conduct monthly physical inventories and prepare outlet inventory results, including required adjustments for management discounts, food transfers, spoilage and other variances.
Prepare detailed monthly menu analysis based on recipe costings.
Prepare the Daily Food Cost Report .
Ensure daily inventory records for the Staff Shop are maintained accurately.
Conduct regular spot checks across F&B outlets, Gift Shop, Staff Shop and other relevant areas.
