FLEET BAR MANAGER

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced Fleet Bar Manager to oversee and elevate bar operations across our luxury liveaboard fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations across all vessels in the fleet.

• Develop innovative cocktail, mocktail, and signature beverage menus.

• Manage beverage inventory, stock control, purchasing, and cost optimization.

• Ensure consistent service standards and exceptional guest experiences.

• Train, supervise, and develop bartenders and F&B crew.

• Coordinate bar setups, equipment, and beverage requirements for each voyage.

• Introduce creative beverage concepts and enhance onboard bar experiences.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible beverage service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bar operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Strong mixology skills and knowledge of international beverages.

• Proven experience in inventory management, beverage costing, and stock control.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Resort, cruise, yacht, or luxury hospitality experience is an advantage.

• Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What We Offer

• Salary: USD 800–1,000 per month + Sales Commission
