Sales Executives – Malé & Addu City

Ceylinco Insurance Co. Pvt Ltd is expanding its sales team and is looking for driven Sales Executives at our Head Office in Malé and our Addu Branch in Hithadhoo.

Locations: Malé Head Office and Addu Branch (Hithadhoo)
Closing date: 5 November 2026

THE ROLE
• Generate and convert new leads for motor, fire, marine and other general insurance products
• Build and manage a portfolio of individual and corporate clients
• Prepare quotations with the Underwriting team and follow proposals through to closing
• Plan sales activities for individual accounts and meet monthly targets
• Follow up renewals and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
• Represent Ceylinco at exhibitions, roadshows and corporate visits
• Maintain accurate sales records and report on pipeline weekly

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• Minimum A-Level or a Diploma in Sales or a related field
• 1–3 years' experience in sales or a related profession
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Organised, responsive and able to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Highly self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task
