Beauty Motion Pvt Ltd, the company behind Prive by Luxeglow and Luxe Glow, is looking for an
experienced and motivated Shop Manager to lead our retail outlet in Male'. If you have a passion for

Shop Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient running
• Manage stock levels, inventory control, ordering, and supplier coordination
• Supervise, train, and motivate shop staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Set and achieve sales targets and monitor shop performance
• Ensure store presentation, merchandising, and displays meet brand standards
• Handle cash management, sales reporting, and daily reconciliation
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Prepare staff schedules and regular reports for management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to shop or business management, or proven experience in a
similar field
• Previous experience in retail or shop management preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
• Good numerical and record-keeping ability
• Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Dhivehi and English
