We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store In-Charge / Inventory & Dispatch Officer to manage store operations, inventory control, and dispatch activities. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, particularly in an island-based work environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily store operations and ensure proper stock management • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control systems • Handle receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of goods • Prepare and maintain stock, inventory, and dispatch reports • Ensure all documentation is accurate and properly filed • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams • Monitor stock levels and support timely replenishment • Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
