Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
• Manage the company's social media presence and grow brand awareness
• Develop promotional strategies, offers, and in-store activations to drive sales
• Coordinate with designers and content creators on campaign materials
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
• Build relationships with partners, influencers, and suppliers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or proven experience in a similar field
• Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Creative thinker who can work independently and meet deadlines
• Fluency in Dhivehi and English

Salary: MVR 14,000 – 18,000
