Boat Crew

Key duties:

• Operate and assist with the safe and efficient running of the boat.
• Ensure guest safety, comfort, and excellent service throughout trips.
• Conduct daily boat, engine, equipment, and safety inspections.
• Maintain and clean the vessel to a high standard.
• Monitor fuel, engines, navigation equipment, and onboard systems.
• Assist guests with boarding, fishing, recreational activities, and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures, conduct drills, and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Monitor weather, radio communications, and navigational hazards.
• Ensure compliance with maritime, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the Captain, maintenance team, other vessels, and authorities when required.
• Manage loading/unloading and ensure cargo and equipment are safely secured.
• Keep accurate maintenance, incident, and safety records.
• Lead and coordinate the boat crew and ensure daily schedules are followed.
• Report and coordinate repairs, damages, and maintenance requirements.

Requirement:

• Proven experience as a Boat Crew.
• Good knowledge of boat operations and maritime safety procedures.
• English proficiency with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Professional appearance, personal hygiene, and courteous attitude.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and dependability.
