Cashier / Sales Agent - (Call Center – Local Sales)

Job Description

Job Overview:
- We are hiring a Cashier / Sales Agent to handle customer interactions through phone, email, and online platforms. The role focuses on sales and customer service.

Location: Male’, Maldives
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers.
- Process customer orders received through phone, email, and the company website.
- Attend to customer queries and complaints through various channels.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and online.
- Promote and sell FMCG products to retailers and wholesale clients.
- Accurately take customer orders and process them in the system.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Inform customers about promotions and new products.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when needed.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for order fulfillment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A level, diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is an advantage.
- Experience in sales, cashier, call center, customer service or FMCG wholesale preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use email and sales software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Fluency in Dhivehi and English.
