We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and organized person to join our guest house operations team.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage booking reservations and guest enquiries
* Coordinate and monitor housekeeping activities
* Ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained
* Handle guest check-in and check-out
* Communicate with guests and assist with their requests
* Coordinate daily guest house operations
* Follow up on room availability and reservations
* Maintain good communication with housekeeping and other staff
* Handle operational and administrative tasks -
Requirements
* Previous experience in guest house, hotel, or tourism operations is preferred
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Basic computer knowledge
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Responsible, punctual, and well organized
* Good English communication skills
