The Role

This role sits at the centre of how a booking becomes a confirmed reality. Working alongside our Sales and Reservations Managers, you will own the reservations and operations behind each file, so the sales team can give partners their full attention. It suits someone who takes real pride in accuracy and moves quickly under volume.

What You Will Do

• Handle Maldives resort reservations for the Russian and CIS market from enquiry through to confirmation.
• Support assigned Sales and Reservations Managers with quotations, booking files, amendments and follow-ups.
• Manage invoicing and keep every booking record current and reconciled.
• Coordinate directly with resorts and internal teams to confirm rates, availability and guest requirements.

What You Bring

• Two or more years of experience in travel or tourism reservations or operations.
• Fluent or native Russian. Strong English is required for candidates based in Sri Lanka.
• Knowledge of the Maldives as a destination, or previous experience handling Maldives bookings, is a clear advantage.
• Confident command of booking systems and comfort working at high volume.
• Precise, organised and dependable.
