PR Agent – Tailor Shop

Position: PR Agent - Local 
Department: Sales & Customer Relations
Reports To: Shop Manager / Management

Job Summary

The PR Agent is responsible for attracting new customers, maintaining good relationships with existing clients, promoting the tailor shop’s services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The position requires strong communication and networking skills, as well as the ability to understand customer requirements and coordinate with the tailoring team.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the tailor shop and its tailoring, alteration, and custom-design services.
• Attract new customers through personal networking, referrals, and promotional activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat business.
• Welcome customers and understand their clothing and tailoring requirements.
• Explain available fabrics, designs, tailoring options, prices, and services to customers.
• Coordinate customer measurements, fittings, alterations, and delivery schedules with the tailoring team.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, fittings, and completed garments.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a record of customer contacts, orders, and follow-ups.
• Develop relationships with hotels, companies, events, and other potential customer groups to generate business.
• Promote special offers, new designs, and seasonal services.
• Assist with social media promotions and customer outreach when required.
• Ensure customers receive professional and friendly service.
• Achieve monthly customer acquisition and sales targets set by management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in PR, sales, customer service, fashion, tailoring, or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and friendly personality with good customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong sales and networking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Knowledge of tailoring, fabrics, fashion, or garment measurements is an advantage
