A Waitress is responsible for providing friendly and efficient food and beverage service while ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take food and beverage orders.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Provide menu information and assist with guest requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with kitchen and service staff.
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and well-presented.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Reliable and able to work well as part of a team.
