Waitress

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent food and beverage service, ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when required
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards
Manage tables efficiently, including clearing, resetting, and refilling beverages
Process customer payments accurately using cash or card payment methods
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and service stations
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and restaurant team to ensure smooth service
Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns in a courteous and professional manner
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is an advantage
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling bills and payments
Team player with a positive, professional attitude
Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
