Marketing Manager

Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for branding, digital marketing, and team leadership? MGH Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing Department and drive impactful marketing initiatives across our diverse portfolio of businesses.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the marketing direction of a well-established and growing group of companies while working closely with senior management to strengthen our brand presence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

As the Marketing Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the Creative & Marketing Department.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Strengthen the MGH Group brand across all subsidiaries.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content strategies.
• Manage company profiles, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
• Coordinate marketing activities across multiple business units.
• Plan and monitor marketing campaigns, calendars, and projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or corporate communications.

✔ Experience leading a marketing or creative team.

✔ Strong knowledge of:

• Brand Management
• Digital Marketing
• Social Media Strategy
• Content Development
• Marketing Project Management

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
