Dive Master

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, safety-conscious, and customer-focused Dive Master to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe and enjoyable diving experiences, conducting guided dives, maintaining diving equipment, and ensuring exceptional guest service while promoting the highest international diving standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct guided dives and ensure the safety of all participants throughout the dive experience.
Brief guests on dive sites, marine life, diving procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
Assist certified divers and provide professional guidance before, during, and after dives.
Prepare, inspect, clean, maintain, and store diving equipment to ensure it is always in excellent working condition.
Monitor weather, sea, and diving conditions to ensure safe and efficient diving operations.
Assist with equipment inventory management and report maintenance or replacement requirements.
Respond professionally and effectively during emergency situations by following established safety procedures.
Promote diving activities and recommend suitable dive packages based on guest interests and certification levels.
Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for all guests.
Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth daily dive schedules and activities.
Maintain accurate dive logs, equipment records, maintenance reports, and incident documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental practices, and internationally recognized diving standards.

Qualifications:
Certification as a Dive Master.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dive operations, guiding certified divers, or a similar role.
Qualified and confident in conducting guided dives safely.
Strong knowledge of diving safety standards, emergency response procedures, and equipment maintenance.
Current First Aid, CPR, and Oxygen Provider certifications are preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Physically fit and comfortable working in an outdoor marine environment.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
