Overview This is the backbone of how Kokky runs. As our Inventory Operations Officer, you’ll keep our stock accurate, our shelves filled, and our supply chain moving. You’ll be the person who makes sure the right products are in the right place at the right time – so every kid who walks through our doors finds exactly what they’re looking for.
✦ Track, receive, process and dispatch our shipments in coordination with the warehouse ✦ Keep inventory records accurate and up to date, and run cycle count ✦ Prepare clear reports to support management decisions ✦ Make sure all products are correctly labelled, priced, and looking their best on the shelf ✦ Manage all inter-shop stock transfers, handle system issues, and keep our ERP data accurate ✦ Keep an eye on stock levels across all locations, flag shortages early, and oversee local procurement when needed ✦ Aid in office and HR operational processes |

Requirements ✦ Strong English communication skills; Dhivehi is a bonus ✦ Computer-savvy, with hands-on experience in inventory ERP systems ✦ At least 1 year of experience in a similar role; a Diploma in Inventory Management is a plus ✦ Detail-oriented with solid organizational, time-management and logical problem-solving skills ✦ Comfortable preparing and presenting clear, accurate reports ✦ Able to manage and guide staff across different operational situations What We Offer ✦ A professional, respectful, and collaborative working environment ✦ Competitive salary and performance-based incentives ✦ A real opportunity to grow within the Maldives’ most loved toy retail brand
