Requirements:
• Able to prepare and manage hot kitchen operations independently
• Knowledge of international cuisine, café-style food, sandwiches, burgers, pasta, breakfast items, and light meals
• Good hygiene and food safety practices
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with a positive attitude

• 25 – 40 years
Nationality:
• Open (Preferably Sri Lankan,Indian, Indonesian)
Education:
• Culinary diploma preferred
Experience:
• Minimum 5years of experience as a Hot Kitchen Chef
• Experience in cafés, restaurants, hotels, or similar food service establishments
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Monitor stock levels and report purchasing requirements
• Minimize food wastage and control costs
• Follow food safety and HACCP procedures
• Assist in menu development and seasonal specials
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
