VACANCY – FOOD SAFETY AUDITOR

Location: Male, Maldives
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Food Safety Auditor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting food safety audits, inspections, training, and compliance assessments for hospitality, food service, and food manufacturing establishments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct food safety audits and inspections in accordance with national and international standards.

• Assess compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, GHP, and other food safety requirements.

• Prepare detailed audit reports and provide corrective action recommendations.

• Deliver food safety training and awareness programs to clients and staff.

• Review food safety documentation, procedures, and records.

• Follow up on corrective actions and verify implementation.

• Support certification, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Environmental Health, or a related field.

• Professional qualifications in HACCP, ISO 22000, Food Safety Management Systems, or Lead Auditor Training will be an added advantage.

• Minimum 1 year experience in food safety auditing, quality assurance, food production, or hospitality food safety.

• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.

• Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.

• Ability to travel for audits and inspections when required.

• Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
