Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for Anex Tour Maldives Pvt. Ltd. oversee structure and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction project management within hospitality, resort, or luxury developments.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, drawings, and construction methods.
- Familiar with the local and foreign suppliers.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and support purchase decisions
- Coordinate procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services for resort projects.
- Proficient in project scheduling, reporting, and technical documentation.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Position based in head office male’ capital.
- Salary negotiable based on qualification & experience
